Cannelloni
Cannelloni poire nappage chocolat

250g of Panzani Cannelloni

250ml milk
-
2 vanilla beans

7 pears
-
150g of bitter chocolate
-
100g of butter
-
100g sugar

1. Cook the Cannelloni in the milk, along with the vanilla beans (cut lengthwise and scraped out) for 12 minutes on low heat.

2. Drain, then peel and cut the pears into pieces.

3. In a skillet, melt the butter and sugar until you have a light caramel. Add the pears and cook for 10 minutes, stirring often.

4. Fill the Cannelloni with the caramelized pears. Melt the chocolate.

5. Just before serving, drizzle hot chocolate over the Cannelloni.

To add a bit of flavour you can marinate the cannelloni in Armagnac during step 2
