Tagliatelle with Mediterranean vegetables

zucchini

ripe tomatoes

pitted black olives

tablespoons of olive oil

A few basil leaves 

Preparation

Cut the courgettes and tomatoes into small pieces, dice the onion and crush the garlic.

Cook the tagliatelle in a large saucepan of salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain.

In a frying pan or wok, fry the onion and garlic in the olive oil until translucent. Then add the courgettes and tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes (the vegetables should remain slightly firm). Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the pasta and vegetables in a dish, then add the olives and basil leaves just before serving.
