  • 400g of Panzani Couscous
  • 400g of dates including 100g of dates for garnish
  • 100g of walnuts including 50g for decoration
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of argan or walnut oil
  • ½ tablespoon butter

Preparations steps

  • 1. Prepare your Couscous according to the packaging directions.
  • 2. In a bowl, combine crushed walnuts, pitted and diced dates, honey, cinnamon, argan or walnut oil and melted butter.
  • 3. Stir the resulting mixture into the Couscous
  • 4. Serve this dish hot or warm, garnished with dates and walnuts
