1. Cook the Panzani Fusilli Tricolore in boiling salted water following the directions on the packet.

2. During this time, wash the tomatoes and dice them finely. Peel the cucumber, cut it in two lengthwise and remove the seeds. Dice it finely.

3. Run the pasta under cold water and drain. Put it in a salad bowl, pour the lemon juice over it and mix it in.

4. Add the diced cucumber, tomatoes, feta and the olives. Mix well and refrigerate. Serve fresh.
