Mini Farfalle
Greek Mini Farfalle salad

400g Panzani Mini Farfalle

1 cucumber
-
2 tomatoes
-
Greek-style black olives
-
1 lemon juice
-
Feta
-
Herbs de Provence

1. Cook pasta in a large amount of salted water.

2. Wash the tomatoes and finely dice them. Peel the cucumber, slice it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Dice finely.

3. Drain the pasta. Put it in the bowl and pour lemon juice in. Mix.

4. Add the cucumber, tomatoes, feta and olives. Mix well and chill in the refrigerator.

5. Season with herbs de Provence before serving.
