Vermicelli
Minestrone du potager

150g Panzani Vermicelli

125 g cooked green beans

1 onion
-
2 garlic cloves
-
1 small courgette
-
1 carrot
-
1 bell pepper
-
125 g sliced mushrooms
-
50g de purée de tomates
-
400g de tomates en conserve
-
750ml de bouillon de légumes
-
2 c. à soupe d'huile d'olive

1. Brown the onion and the garlic in the olive oil until they begin to turn golden.

2. Add the mushrooms, the herbs, the salt and pepper and stir.

3. Then add all the remaining ingredients except the Vermicelli.

4. Stir and cook over a low heat for about 45 minutes.

5. Add the Vermicelli and cook for 3 minutes.
