Minestrone du potager

Ingredients

  • 150g Panzani Vermicelli
  • 125 g cooked green beans
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small courgette
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 125 g sliced mushrooms
  • 50g de purée de tomates
  • 400g de tomates en conserve
  • 750ml de bouillon de légumes
  • 2 c. à soupe d'huile d'olive

Preparations steps

  • 1. Brown the onion and the garlic in the olive oil until they begin to turn golden.
  • 2. Add the mushrooms, the herbs, the salt and pepper and stir.
  • 3. Then add all the remaining ingredients except the Vermicelli.
  • 4. Stir and cook over a low heat for about 45 minutes.
  • 5. Add the Vermicelli and cook for 3 minutes.
