Macaroni aux champignons et au thym

Ingredients

  • 400g Panzani Macaroni
  • 200g of mushrooms
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 150ml cream
  • 100ml white wine
  • Thyme
  • A handful of parsley

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
  • 2. Simmer the finely chopped shallots and garlic in the olive oil, add mushrooms and thyme, and sauté briefly.
  • 3. Pour in the white wine and allow to reduce.
  • 4. Add cream and heat until you get a creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 5. Add the pasta and chopped parsley to this base and heat well.
