Macaroni aux brocolis, sauce vin rouge et anchois

Ingredients

  • 400g Panzani Macaroni
  • 1 broccoli
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp of oil
  • 1 small box of tomato passata
  • 1 dl red wine
  • 1 small box of anchovies
  • 2 c. à soupe d'huile
  • 200g de viande d'agneau (non dégraissée)

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cut the broccoli into small bunches.
  • 2. Peel and chop the garlic and fry it in oil. Pour the passata and wine in and reduce for 4 minutes over medium heat.
  • 3. Meanwhile, cook pasta until "al dente" in boiling water and throw in the heads of broccoli for 1 minute prior to draining.
  • 4. Return to a boil, then drain.
  • 5. Mix the sauce and pasta up and dress it.
  • 6. Garnish with anchovies.
