Cooking method

Drop the Coquillettes into boiling water to which you have added salt to taste (1L per 100g of pasta) and cook for the time indicated on the front of the packet (13 mins).

Doing your bit for the planet

Choose passive cooking:

– Use a lid to heat the water
– Turn the heat off halfway through cooking and put the lid on again
– Wait until the end of the indicated cooking time!
