Mini penne with carbonara and mushrooms

g of small white mushrooms

Preparation

Cook the Mini Penne for 6 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain.

In a frying pan, sauté the pre-washed and pre-salted white mushrooms until golden and set aside.

Heat the Carbonara sauce in the frying pan and stir in the pasta and mushrooms. Mix well to coat the pasta with the sauce.

Sprinkle with chopped chives just before serving.
