Wok-style Panzani Capellini with Vegetables and Meat

g of beef fillet, cut into strips

tablespoons of sesame oil

tablespoons of olive oil

cloves of garlic, minced

tablespoons of chopped fresh ginger

g of broccoli 

1

onion, finely chopped

carrots, cut into strips 

1

red pepper, cut into strips 

1

yellow pepper, cut into strips

tablespoons of soy sauce 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation

Add the capellini to a large saucepan of boiling salted water and cook for 10 minutes. When ready, drain and set aside.

Heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a large wok over a medium-high heat, then add the minced garlic, ginger and onion.

Cook all the ingredients for two minutes, then add the slices of meat and continue cooking for a further 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Add the carrots, peppers and broccoli and cook for a further 3 minutes over a high heat, stirring occasionally. The vegetables should remain crunchy.

Add the soy sauce to the vegetables and mix until well combined.

Add the capellini and mix well until they are thoroughly coated in the sauce. Serve immediately.
