Tagliatelle with garlic and sweet and sour chilli sauce

cloves of garlic, minced

teaspoons of sriracha sauce

tablespoons of lemon juice

tablespoons of soy sauce

tablespoons of teriyaki sauce

spring onions, finely sliced

Preparing the pasta

In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook the tagliatelle for 8 to 10 minutes. Once ready, drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside.

Preparing the sauce

In a large frying pan over medium heat, add the olive oil and garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add the soy sauce, sriracha sauce, teriyaki sauce and lemon juice and stir with a spoon until well combined. Remove from the heat.

Add the pasta to the sauce and gently toss with tongs until completely coated and well mixed.

On a serving dish, garnish the tagliatelle with toasted sesame seeds, spring onions and dried chives. Serve immediately.
