teaspoons of mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Bring the salted water to the boil in a pot, add the pasta and leave to cook. Drain and leave to cool.

In a bowl, whisk together the argan oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Set aside.

Add the cooled pasta, raisins, spinach and oranges to a large bowl. Drizzle over the vinaigrette and mix. Sprinkle with the walnuts and serve immediately.
