Add the right amount of sauce : 2 heaped tablespoons on each lasagne sheet.
If your sauce is too thick, don't hesitate to add a glass of water to your lasagne dish before putting it in the oven.
To avoid the lasagne sticking during cooking, start by placing a layer of sauce at the bottom of the dish. You will therefore get softer and more gourmet lasagne.
But when your lasagnes are ready, the moment to cut them is coming ! Lasagnes are a real treat for your taste buds, but not always easy on the eye, as it is rather difficult to serve. The fine balance of the layers has a rather annoying tendency to give way when it is being cut up.
The right method ? Get a cake slice, or a large spatula can do the trick. Cut it into squares, each portion must be able to be held by your spatula. Delicately place it on the plate to create a feast for the eyes for your guests!
