To enhance your tomato sauces with a little touch of Provence, don't hesitate to heat them in a pan with a bouquet garni (mixed herbs).

In summer, making original ice cubes couldn't be easier ! You can make olive oil ice cubes with your fresh herbs : it's ideal to keep the herbs and you can reuse them throughout the year in your sauces.

To add a sweet and creamy note, you can add a dash of cream to your tomato sauces.

And finally, here is an Italian tip from Spadellata
Keep a few tablespoons of cooking water to mix it into the sauce, so that it sticks better to the pasta.
Once your pasta is cooked, drain it and add it to the sauce in a pan on a high heat for 1 minute to enhance the flavors.
It is possible to cook your pasta directly in a sauce, as long as it has a high water content and you add water bit by bit if required.
