Sweet cinnamon couscous
400g of Panzani Couscous
120 of melted butter
80g powdered sugar
1. Prepare the Couscous. Pour the Couscous into a large bowl, and add the same amount of water. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Separate clumps with a fork.
2. Stir in 1/3 of the cinnamon and then 1/3 of the caster sugar and the melted butter.
3. Arrange the couscous into a dome shape on a platter. Moving from the top down, draw ribbon shapes onto it, using the remaining powdered sugar and cinnamon.
