Alfabeto pasta with almonds

Ingredients

  • 500g of Panzani Mini Alfabeto pasta
  • 250g shelled, toasted, and blended almonds
  • 4.5cl of liquid honey
  • 4 natural whipped yoghurt pots
  • 400g of various fruits (watermelon, melon, nectarines)

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cook the pasta in oiled and salted boiling water for 8 mins.
  • 2. Remove and place in a colander until cool.
  • 3. Stir the pasta and the almonds together in a bowl.
  • 4. Put the mixed almonds and pasta in the centre of a serving dish and arrange fruits and spoonfuls of Yoghurt all around.
  • 5. Drizzle it all with honey.
