Fusilli sauce au gorgonzola et courgettes

Ingrédients

  • 400g of Panzani Fusilli
  • 120g Gorgonzola
  • 2 courgettes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Etapes de préparation

  • 1. Cook pasta according to the packaging instructions (set aside a little pasta water for later).
  • 2. Simmer the courgette in a skillet with a little bit of oil. Add salt, pepper and 1.5 dl of pasta cooking water.
  • 3. Add Gorgonzola and simmer for a little while until you get a nice creamy sauce.
  • 4. Pour the cooked pasta into the sauce, mix and add coarsely chopped parsley.
