Wok de Torti au poulet et à l'ananas

400g of Panzani Torti

400g of chicken fillet

1 onion

1 small fresh pineapple

1 tbsp of oil

Curry

1. Dice the chicken into small cubes, peel and chop the onion.

2. Peel the pineapple, remove the hard centre and dice the flesh into small cubes.

3. Heat oil in the wok. Sear the chicken and onion and season with curry powder.

4. Meanwhile, cook pasta until al dente in boiling water.

5. Add the diced pineapple to the meat and cook, stirring, until slightly caramelized.

6. Drain the pasta and mix it in with the wok mixture.
