Taboulé aux raisins et pignons de pin

  • 150g of Panzani Couscous
  • 2 bunches of grapes
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 12 parsley branches
  • 120g of fresh goat's cheese
  • Peanut oil
  • Walnut oil, 40g of pine nuts
  • Salt, pepper

Etapes de préparation

  • 1. In a bowl, mix the Couscous in with a tablespoon of peanut oil and a glass of salt water.
  • 2. Let it rest for 20 min in the fridge.
  • 3. Remove clumps with a fork, then add the pine nuts, diced goat cheese, strips of ham, grapes, and finely chopped herbs.
  • 4. Make the vinaigrette by combining the wine vinegar, peanut oil, walnut oil, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • 5. Pour it over the mixture and mix it all up gently.
  • 6. Allow to rest in the refrigerator again, and serve chilled.
  • For a vegetarian dish, take the ham out and replace it with whatever ingredient you please!
