Truffle Tagliatelle

Ingredients

  • 400g Panzani Tagliatelle
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 25 cl single cream
  • 2 truffles
  • Truffle oil
  • Grated parmesan
  • Butter

Preparations steps

  • 1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
  • 2. Melt butter in a pan and sauté chopped garlic. Pour in the cream and cook it slowly until everything binds.
  • 3. Meanwhile, finely slice the truffles and add them to the cream.
  • 4. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
  • 5. Toss the sauce with the pasta.
  • 6. To serve, sprinkle with Parmesan, drizzle with truffle oil and garnish with thin truffle slices.
